This is the refund policy for website packages purchased from Web Guy Mike, operated by Wynter & Lux Pty Ltd (ABN 34 613 323 818). Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are handled through Paddle.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of your $299 setup payment within 30 days of your order date.
Weekly service payments
The $45/week service can be cancelled at any time after the 6-month minimum term, and cancellation stops all future payments. If you believe a weekly payment should be refunded, contact us or Paddle and we'll assess it fairly in line with this policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
