Refund Policy
This is the refund policy for website packages purchased from Web Guy Mike, operated by Wynter & Lux Pty Ltd (ABN 34 613 323 818). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Website setup fee
The $99 upfront website setup fee is non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Weekly service payments
Your first 5 weeks are free once your website is marked live, giving it time to start working and gather real-world performance information before you pay weekly. The $45/week service begins automatically after that and can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future payments. If you believe a weekly payment should be refunded, contact us and we'll assess it fairly under Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at michael@webguymike.com.au and we'll process it back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
