Why is the website only $299 upfront?

Because you're dealing with an independent website builder rather than an agency. There's no sales team, no account managers and no agency overhead sitting behind every website, so the upfront price can stay practical. The $299 covers designing and building your website, and the ongoing $45/week covers hosting, domain management and looking after it.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. You deal directly with Mike, the package is one fixed price with clear inclusions, and the ongoing $45/week managed service is shown upfront rather than buried. Work outside the listed scope is always quoted and agreed before it starts.

When does the $45/week start?

Only once your website goes live and you've approved it. Nothing weekly is charged while your website is being built.

Is the domain mine?

Yes. Your domain is yours, it's managed for you as part of the weekly service, and you can transfer it if you ever cancel. If you already have a domain, I'll connect it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, after the 6-month minimum term. When you cancel, hosting, management, included updates and use of the managed website end, and you keep and can transfer your domain. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.

Who actually builds my website?

Mike does. Every website is planned, designed and built personally — never outsourced — and Mike stays your direct contact afterwards.

Can I see the website before it goes live?

Always. You review the website before anything is published, and nothing goes live until you're happy with it.

How do the 3 revisions work?

Once your website is built you review it and send through your changes. That's one round. You have three included rounds before launch, which is plenty to get everything the way you want it.

Do I need to write all the website content myself?

No. You tell me about your business and services in the onboarding form and I write the website content around it. You review and adjust it during the revision rounds.

Do I need to supply photos?

Your own photos are ideal because they show your real work, and you can upload them during onboarding. If you don't have many, I'll use suitable professional imagery instead.

Can you build a website for my industry?

Almost certainly. Most of the websites I build are for Australian trade, service and professional businesses — plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners, consultants, recruiters and similar.

How quickly can you get started?

As soon as you've completed the onboarding form. Most websites are built within two to three weeks of having your business information and photos.

Every website includes strong SEO foundations — clean structure, proper page titles and headings, fast loading and service pages built the way Google expects. Businesses that want to invest further in actively targeting competitive Google searches can separately discuss a customised SEO strategy with Mike.
